Our Cleaning Process

Our cleaning process is hot water extraction, also knows as steam cleaning.  This is a  highly effective and  deep cleaning treatment consisting of  the following stages:

Phase 1 :

Pre-spray treatment with a pH determined cleaner on all the carpets.  We determine which cleaners to use depending upon the type and condition of your carpet, for example a wool carpet would need a different treatment to a polypropylene carpet

Phase 2:

Agitation Process and dwell time in order to allow the cleaner to work.  We use a  twin motor counter rotating machine across all the carpets to work in the cleaner and lift the pile.  At this point we treat any stains we come across with our dedicated eco-stain removers and emulsifiable solvents which are strong enough to work on tough stains such as tar and paint without harming the fibres of the carpet. 

Phase 3:

This is the where we use our industrial carpet cleaning machine and hoses to inject hot water into the carpet as we extract the cleaner and dirt.  This is the final phase of the clean which will leave your carpets looking and smelling fresh.  We suggest a drying time of approximately 2 hours with ventilation, dependent upon the carpet type and original soiling.
